My family’s Prudential agent is starting to annoy me.
Yesterday I asked for her to mail or hand me my Prudential payment receipts, and she said that agents don’t keep any copy of customers receipt, part of their agent policy shit. Ok fine I can understand that. So then she suggested to register for PruBSN Touch where I can monitor my payment statement and all. So I said ok I will. Then half way after registering, I got a little lost cause their website is confusing!. SHE GUIDED ME HALFWAY and then went MIA on WhatsApp!

I am NOT a fan halfway species! Nak ajar bia a smpai abis! Ni mcm x iklas nk mengajar org! And then she expect me wait for annual statement, HELLOOOOOOO! I DO FILING YA!
